Default Please help with carb/other

I don't know what to try anymore. I have a 2001 Cat. It started when my bike wasn't running full. It had low pull to it and couldn't go past 40mph. I took off carbs and cleaned them out. In this process I accidentally broke fuel feed joint. A new joint costs $70 but I ended up getting a used set of carbs for about that price. I took the carbs and put them on my bike and it didn't run. So I decided I would clean this new set. I cleaned it pretty well and also used air to clear out anything that might give me trouble. I put it back on the bike and the awful sound I heard from before was gone, but now my bike can't go past 3k without stalling. I adjusted pilot screw to various turns out (1.5, 2.5) but it's the same thing. So thinking the only other thing was spark plugs (CR9E), I installed those today and it's still doing the same d*** thing. Please help me. Idle is fine but stalls on throttle. Oh, and I've synced carbs.
