Ok so I understand that when a bike sits for a little while the carbs and jets begin to gum up which cause your bike to run poorly. Haven't ridden my bike in probably 2-3 months because I have been a bit busy with army crap and I got on it 2.5 weeks ago to start it up and go for a ride but it was acting weird. I'd put it at full choke it would fire right up and idle around 2K-2.5K. I let it warm up for about 15 min and when I went to take the choke off the rpm's dropped and she died. Had my buddy clean the carbs for me (not sure how good he cleaned them) and went to start it and it does the same thing still. I put some sea foam in the tank today and was told to run it everyday for at least 30min at idle and it'd clear out the jets if they were clogged. Also another weird thing is that when you go to give it gas it'll want to die out and the only way for it not to die is to rap the throttle a few times and then the rpm's rise. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

The problem is with the idle jets. They are inside a hole to the left of the larger main jet. Had to buy new ones for mine $10 each from dealer, or use a .016 drill bit to clean them out.
