1999 R1 Headlight

Hi guys / Ladies I have just brought a 1999 R1 but the headlight glass is broken and i have to replace it for a RWC. Is there anyway to replace just the glass without having to replace the whole assembly? Have been searching at the Wreckers and on the normal ebay sites but nobody seems to have an assembly. and a new one I have been quoted $650.

Not sure about a headlight by you, but this is usually the place I buy OEM stuff from and they have a new headlight assembly for under $300USD.
