Default 06 R1 feels unstable

Hi, I have an 06 R1 which used to be so smooth and powerful. I had a minor accident in which an old lady hit me from the side and the bike went down. At that time i was going real slow so the bike did not have any visual cosmetic damage just a bended wheel. I changed the front wheel and got a new tired, balanced and took it to the shop and they said the bike looked good. however, when i ride it past 50 mph it feels unbalance or like if im going to fall. is it just me or the bike? i love to ride.

How many miles on the rear tire? You may wan't to get a matching tire for the rear! and check the air pressure in them, it makes a big defferance.
