Unhappy 2005 r1 wont start

i am rebuilding a wrecked 05 r1 and have it all done, i got everything mechanical good a while back and all the sudden she wont start, turns over great but no start....i ran diagnostics and got code 13 and 14, so i ran diagnbostics 03 and when i did i got err 01 everytime....i believe that this would point toward the ECU ...i would like some feedback from anyone who may have a thought on this topic, bc the codes point toward bad intake air pressure or hoses kinked or clogged or sensors bad, but i think since i get the err 01 code when doing diagnostics it is ECU, someone holla if u have had this issue..............thanks in advance.

I will say at the start I don't know! But double check all the connections look for bent pins in the connectors and corrosion check the grounds, ect. before anything else

YES!!!!!!!!! figured that shit out, someone had spliced the wires from ignition switch and not soldered them and taped them up together instead of seperately..so when i put on side fairings it caused the wires to touch, shorting out some items. I soldered the ignition wires and figured that would fix it, but when they touched they shorted out the neutral switch, the crank position sensor and the starting circuit relay...........after much headache and testing, i found and fixed each problem individually and then put in new plugs bc i turned it over a million times trying to get her to start and low and behold.........we have a good running awesome bike.......goes to show u that when u buy a bike from someone u never know what they have rigged up(i was fixing this bike for a friend who bought it wrecked and paid me to fix it)-i can say that i made gourmet chicken salad out of chicken shit..........HELLLZZZZZZZ YEA!!!!
