Need a little more information, are you bottoming out on jumps, is the front pushing in turns, how much do you weigh, how agressive of a rider are you, what are you trying to do with the bike?

If everything feels ok in the front other than being just a little soft you can add 5ml of fork oil. The rear shock can be charged with nitrogen again up to 150psi if you are using the bike for moto.
