I have a 99 yz400f that started pouring fuel out of the overflow on the carb when i was riding one day. I turned off the petcock and it still poured out until the tank was empty. i put a petcock rebuild kit in and it fixed that problem. Now its pouring out of the carb when the fuel is on so i checked the float and cleaned it and put the carb back together. It still runs out of the carb when the fuel is on and bogs really bad off idle. Thanks for any help!

My buddy had this same problem with his 660 raptor. One of the o-rings in his carb went bad and gas would just pour out of his carb in the over flow. It is most likely something like that and you might need a carb rebuild kit.
