Default valve adjustment

how often do the valves on a yfz need to be adjusted , im pushing between 20/25hrs on a new engine

About every 100hrs is my rule. Unless you notice a lack of power, a hard start condition, etc. Then they need it sooner.

does a valve adujstment cost money or do you do it yourself?
