Question Exhaust header removal

I seem to be having trouble removing the header pipe from the motor. Is there a certain trick to the removing of the collet that attaches it to the motor? It's an 80cc rotary valve engine. Would like to sort this out so I can finish decoking the exhaust. I'm thinking it requires a special tool, I'm at a loss here. Help!!

Use a c spanner and a hammer I guess the exhaust ring has rusted to the cylinder
