The translation thread

Seeing how this forum is expanding to MANY different parts of the world, it would probably be a good idea to have an idea of what we are talking about when we post.
Let's use this thread for posting up when someone says something and we don't get it. I'm sure I'll be filling this in almost daily

Adam was talking about translating a person's body language. For example, if someone has their arms crossed talking to you it usually is a sign of guarding yourself.
My comment was just that I'm guessing more women will know about body languages than men

that is correct but I 'missed' what you were chatting about through which I guess would be a translation problem !
