Default My intro

Hey guts, My name is Jacob and I live around Akron, Ohio. I have to bikes, a 78 Yamaha xs 400, and an 81 xs400 parts bike. I got both bikes for free, and I am trying to build one running bike, and if i have enough parts left over, maybe a go cart too. I have got both engines running, but still need a bunch of random parts to finish it off. If I get a chance, I'll get some pics up and maybe start a build thread.

A cart with an XS400 motor in it ??
Draw backs
The Motor is heavy and will require some 'strong' chassis work
The Carbs are a bit difficult to adjust so in a non bike enviroment may be probmatic
I would use an RD400/350 in a cart then you are talking a cart

I dont even know if I will be able to build the cart. It's just something that I think would be cool. I'll try and get some pics up of th ebikes and the supra within the next week or so. Some info on the SUpra: 1987 SUpra non turbo. 3 litre straight six, 5 speed. I'm saving up for th e7mgte (turbo motor) and either a 57 or 6omm turbo. I hope to break 400hp when that is finished.
