Red face Ski Down!

I have a '99 Wave Venture triple 1100 Yamaha. I had the engine rebuilt last year and ran it through the 40 hours of break in time and last fall at 52 hours I lost thrust I have wide open throttle and go 5 to 7 mph. Everything sounds right but no throttle. Took it back to Yamaha and they replaced my impeller, that didn't fix it so I winterized it, to fix in the spring however our Yamaha dealer went out of business. So now what do I look to fix this?

Have you looked around for local shops that might be able to help you?

40 Hours of break in time? What? who told you break in time was for 40 hours? Normally its one tank of fuel, thats it.

Sounds like you need to do a compression check and then clean your carbs out.
