Default Stock carbs with a Makeover

These are a set of stock 44mm carbs from a 760 Yamaha watercraft.
As you might or might not know Mikuni carbs are cast with one housing for many applicaions and not for a specific setup.
Well Myself being a machinest, I machined off a lot of the unneeded castings that are not used and I replaced the stock linkage with my own setup for a much cleaner look. These carbs are on one of my watercraft.

Nicely done. Being a machinest has gotta be a plus especially since you know what you're doing in modifying parts on your toys
