Oil leakage

I have been having light oil leaks for a couple of weeks from my 94 vx 250 virago. It leaks from under neath and I cannot see any cracks .... could it just be seals? I have had the bike for 5yrs and have not had any leakages before.
After riding my bike after some errands I noticed a small puddle of oil..... ???

It sounds like the leak is comming from the gasket or a seal.

Clean off the affected are really good, start up the bike and let it run for a bit, and look if you can see where exactly where it's coming from. Have you done anything to the bike recently?
