02 ttr 125 bottom end seized up whats the best way to fix

i got a 02 ttr 125 in on trade was sopose to need a link in chain and kicker i got all that and found out the crank was seized up the piston does not go up and down just back and forward alittle bit......whats the best way to fix?any difference from a electric start crankshaft from a kick stat crankshaft?mine is kick start..do i need a case splitter or can i do it without one i have vids of this problem
