ybr125 fork oil seals

i removed the fork oil seals but can,t remember which way around they are fitted, there is a spring visible on both sides of the seal so it,s hard to say which way up they go, any ideas ?

i just replaced my seals yesterday

long link i know, but the top of those seals go facing up
