Question new to forum need help 88Exciter 570

My 88 Exciter has spark on both sides but is only running off the rt. side.I can put either spark plug wire on the rt. side & it will start rite up I pull the wire off the left side & it will not change tone but it is definitely getting spark.I am so lost dont know what to do next?

so I have detirmined that one of my carbs is not working now I just got to detimine why They have both been cleaned & new jets installed could it be my float plunger

I think he is talking about the Needlle and seat on his carbs. I doubt his carbs have a float. One of his carb needles must be stuck closed. This happenes even on clean carbs.
