07 venture lite won't start: fuel pump relay

I'm already on my second switch that I changed myself last year for the same reason. No point in changing it again if the part is not designed to operate at that temperature. Anyone know of a way to manually overide the relay? Someone told me that heavy equipment relays come with a reset button, that would be conveniant except having to remove the cowelings and the battery to get at the relay. Not bad in the garage, but not out on the lake at -30. I'm thinking of wiring in a manual switch. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Ron
