Default My TZR50 doesn't start after revising?

Hello, First of all my name is Vince. I'm 17 years old and I live in the Netherlands.

Since February 9 2011 I'm the owner of a Yamaha Tzr 50 from September 2005.

The old owners told me it was in good condition, so I trusted them.. as they seemed to be fair to me.

So after they were gone, I tried to start it. The gastank was empty, so I bought some new petrol. Still it didn't start. So I bought a new sparkplug .. and yes after that it started, really bad. I tried to drive it but after +- 2-3minutes my engine shut down. I checked it and my cilinder, piston and cilinderhead were broken.
I replaced them for new ones and since then it doesn't start anymore?

Please. I don't know what to do anymore.
My carberator is stock, 16MM with sprayer(excuse me for my mistakes!) 112 in it.
I cleaned it and everything looks alright, but it just won't start.

Hope someone can help?

Thnx, Vince

You have been adding the correct amount of oil to the fuel havent you?? Two strokes need that lubricant oil added to the fuel/petro.

Throw up any pics of the bike and motor and you can.

Thanks for your reply.

Well yes I did add the correct amount of oil into the engine. 20W50 if I'm correct.
Using Castrol 2stroke oil, and the first 500km I'll also add some oil to my petrol for some extra mix hehe

Here is a picture of the bike:

Today i removed the cilinder had and there was no coolant (water to cool the engine) left in the cilinder. The gasket was broken. So i removed the cilinder and saw a scratch in it.. A brand new cilinder, the 3rd cilinder in 15kms?! gosshhh.. so i will order another new one and remove the coolant out of the engine.
