Rain gear depends on your bike. If you have a bike with a full fairing, Frogg Toggs are superb because they breath, they are light weight, and they keep you dry. If you have a cruiser or sport bike with no frontal protection, you need the heavier stuff like Tour Master, etc.

I've got a rain suit made by River Road. It has great coverage and is still comfortable. It was pretty cheap (at $79) so definetly give them a consideration when you go to buy one.
