I was given a 2003 400 big bear and carb is shot due to being set up for years, A co worker of mine gave me an old carb off of his raptor. The only differences i can tell is throttle body is on opposite side and different jets. After installing the carb The factory throttle cable on the bear doesnt have enough travel to achieve a low rpm idle. Is there an adjustment tho give more travel or would just getting an oem throttle cable for the raptor be the bestg choice also I was having excessive back fire while running it, would changin the jets in the raptor quad to the big bear cure the back firing??
