i ordered one off ebay and the disk came cracked

You should be able to get a replacement one and a call tag to ship the cracked one back.

i also had a bad experince on ebay and my cd came cracked as well but i found this site ATVs and they allow for downloads instantly. Just a thought

man this site is awesome, already saved myself 40 bucks on repair manual...and not telling how much in the future.
