I got a really good feeling that there will be no Kawi's in my unit by this time next year. I'm guessing it's gonna be used as a down payment for another Yami

If I can't get my '99 back then I'll step it up to the R1 for next season and then maybe I can be the next Ben Spies.

After 5th race in Great Britain (Silverstone)

Position / Rider / Bike / Nationality / Points

1 / Jorge LORENZO / Yamaha / SPA / 115
2 / Andrea DOVIZIOSO / Honda / ITA / 78
3 / Dani PEDROSA / Honda / SPA / 73
4 / Valentino ROSSI / Yamaha / ITA / 61
5 / Nicky HAYDEN / Ducati / USA / 52
6 / Randy DE PUNIET / Honda / FRA / 46
7 / Ben SPIES / Yamaha / USA / 36
8 / Casey STONER / Ducati / AUS / 35
9 / Marco MELANDRI / Honda / ITA / 32
10 / Marco SIMONCELLI / Honda / ITA / 32
11 / Colin EDWARDS / Yamaha / USA / 26
12 / Hector BARBERA / Ducati / SPA / 24
13 / Aleix ESPARGARO / Ducati / SPA / 22
14 / Hiroshi AOYAMA / Honda / JPN / 18
15 / Mika KALLIO / Ducati / FIN / 15
16 / Loris CAPIROSSI / Suzuki / ITA / 13
17 / Alvaro BAUTISTA / Suzuki / SPA / 12

Probably the best race of the season. Jorge Lorenzo led the whole way, and after about the first 10 laps they stopped showing him. The camera for the majority of the race was focused on the 2nd-5th place battle.
After a HORRIBLE start and being sent all the way into last place, Casey Stoner fought back and finished in 5th place.
In the closing laps, it was a battle for 2nd and 3rd between Dovizioso, Hayden and Spies. When they crossed the start/finish line for the last time, it was Lorenzo 1st, Dovizioso 2nd, Spies 3rd and and unlucky 4th for Nicky Hayden who has finished 4th AGAIN (4th time in the 5 races that have been raced so far, the other race was a DNF for Hayden when he crashed out in Italy).
Spies finally got his 1st podium finish in only his 5th MotoGP race and with that finish it launched him into 7th place in points standings from being in 10th place after the last race.
Rossi might be back as early as the race in Brno but that all depends on how he's healing up and how he's gonna be feeling. Obviously, he won't be in contention for winning the season, but it will be good to see The Doctor back on the bike.
