[Only registered can see links. ] Rossi started on pole, but with the rain overshot the 1st turn and got pushed back to about 9th or 10th spot. Then he came back to within the top 5 battling Jorge Lorenzo for a few laps before finally passing him. As the laps came winding down, a few riding in front of him had some problems and he was able to end up in 3rd for the race and clintch the 2009 MotoGP title (his 9th professional title, 7th MotoGP) Yamaha's management congratulate Rossi at a conference today: [Only registered can see links. ] __________________ 09 R1 mods: Stocker than stock
