Does anyone know if you can put a governer on a 04 pw50?

Welcome to the Forum
you could put the ring back in the exhaust or download [Only registered can see links. ] and look at section 4 for the adjustment of the throttle restriction and section 7 for the exhaust ring .... I know the manual is for the 2009 bike but nothing seems to have changed since the early 80's so I guess it will be the same on the 04 model.
