Hi everyone,
I bought a 2003 YZ 125 a few weeks ago, and after a thorough inspection, it is flawless. I am having one issue with it that I just can’t seem to figure out. When the bike is warm and I get on the throttle quickly in first gear and sometimes even in second or third gear, the engine bogs down and don’t pick up any speed and will stall if kept at that throttle amount. Other than that, it runs perfectly. I have some suspensions of what I think it might be, but I don’t want to start with anything until I know for sure. What do think this is and what would you suggest that I do to fix this problem? Thank you for your help. |

Clean the carb... even if you have 5 times already lol... sounds like you might need to lean out the pilot jet & needle a little bit. Do a couple plug chops and see where you are at
