Just to keep you updated the FS1 is finished and running. My step son is using it now in Exeter UK (how else do University students get around ?) I'll post more photos of how it survived the ordeal when I get it back ...

Here is the crankshaft fitted into the l/h case ready to put the cases together

When you get to this point you either need the special tool to draw the cases together or a dolly to heat the inner ring of the roller bearings in the r/h case (gearbox & crankshaft), so the cases come together with little effort
