For some odd reasons you are always having drama while getting stuff done on week ends my first advice is enjoy the week end, relax and watch the NFL, do your stuff on week days j/k
Consider it the last time you go back to that place. find a better place, with people knowing what they are doing. same thing happened to me one time, they put on the wrong tires on Sears and took over 3 hours to do the installation/alignment, I almost got in a fight with the manager and called in the security for me lol
since then I never went back to Sears for any auto related job.

good job you don't have to find 12 inch tyres .... nine times out of ten the guy out back uses a cheese wire to cut treads into old tyres lol

I took my old ladie ridding for the first time. She was nervous at first but soon she loosened up and ended up having a blast. She wants her dad to buy my old warrior now and is asking when we get to go ridding next. Hey, looks like I got a junior shelly lol. Ohh yea I also stuffed my face with leftovers. GIRLS QUADS AND FOOD cant beat that weekend!!!!

I guess it's the other half/wife ... if so they do like a good day out from time to time I could have said ride but that may be taken the wrong way !

Anybody? Stories?

Well I got one, not nearly as much fun as the others but I'm pretty sure I'm cursed.

My mom needed her catalytic converter replaced on her car. I told her I'd take it to a buddies house and get it done. When we got there I realized the bolts were rusted to shit (160,000 miles on the car and its her first cat replacement) so I wasn't even gonna try. I take it to a buddies place, who owns a body shop, and we start working on it. Within the first 2 minutes, we realize that the new cat didn't come with gaskets so I have to go out and get them.
I borrow his car (3 series beemer - garbage) and go to Honda. $20 later I got 2 gaskets and head back to the shop. When I get to the shop there is a guy sitting in the waiting area and my buddy asks me to drive him home because he car is still fucked so it won't be ready til monday.
After I get back to the shop from dropping the guy off we start working on the car. My buddy heats up the rusted screws with a torch, still can't get the screws off. Keeps heating, still nothing. Finally after about 10 minutes he gets one bolt off. Same goes for another bolt. Keep in mind, there are 6 total bolts (that's gonna take a while). The 3rd bolt wouldn't come off at all, so he finally just cut the motherfucker off (30 minutes).
By now, a job that should have taken a total of MAYBE an hour TOPS, has taken 2 hours and still the cat is on. The other 3 screws came of semi easy (about 20 minutes) and we put on the new cat, changed the oil and were done.
I got there at 9am and didn't leave til 1:30pm. WTF?!

On the plus side, got my tank painted white so the bike should be done next week

cliffnotes:
-Mom needed a new cat on her car
-Took car to buddies shop
-Forgot gaskets, had to run out and get them
-After getting back, had to drive a customer home
-After getting back again, we started work
-To get off 6 bolts took an hour and a half
-Finally replaced the cat and did oil change after 3 hours of BS labor
-BUT was able to get my tank (got painted white) so I'm happy

You guys HAVE to have some shitty stories like mine. Unless my luck is really just that bad
