Default Need some advise(flush mount signals/ plastics)

I have some problems that i need some advise on...1st I just bought flush mount signals and they only have a power and a ground wire but my bike has 3 wires...I assume that the 3 wires are a ground, a constant 12v and the last is the one that makes the light blink.... If i splice the "blink" wire and the constant 12v(from the bike) to the power wire on the light will it work properly...And secondly i plastic welded my rear plastic back together any advise as of what to use as a body filler to sand and paint.

I wouldn't wire it together. You are just not gonna have a running light. That's one reason why I usually recommend some of the higher end flushies.

Depending on the tidyness of the weld I have always used very fine car body filler as it easy to sand.
