Ok, so I know some of the classics like "change the muffler bearing", "replace the headlight fluid", "broken piston return spring", etc. What are some other good ones that you guys know?

testing an exhaust sample

You have them stand at the exhaust with a glass jar, and catch the exhaust fumes in it.
Then you have them take it to a well known, highly respected shop (helpful if they are notified ahead of time) and have them "test" the exhaust and give the poor guy some horrendous news about his new ride... insert next rediculous prank here
