1984 fj1100 turn signals

I have a 1984 yamaha fj1100. My turn signals dont work.. All the fuses are good. What could be the problem?

My turn signals are not working either and i cannot find the fuse for it. where did u find your fuse? also there is a relay too u might want to check.
