Turn signal and Horn Malfunction

ajenkins789 Join Date: Jul 2011 Posts: 1 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	Turn signal and Horn Malfunction My horn and turn signals quit working the other day on my 2006 VSTAR 650 CLASSIC. I am new to motorcycles and I'm not sure what the problem would be. I noticed that the cable that plugs into the clutch the gold on one side is nice and clean but the other is brown like there was a short. My neutral also doesn't turn on when I'm in neutral. Please let me know what you think.
