Default My Blaster 760 Engine Build

This is a motor I tore down and rebuilt to put in my blaster waverunner. This ski came with a single 44mm carb 701 and this one is a slightly larger 760 with twin 44mm carbs. I also added a Factory Pipe exhaust expansion chamber with water injection, an ADA head and dual cooling.

This is the motor before the rebuild.

I sandblasted the entire engine after dissaembly and went from there. You can pretty much follow what I did by viewing the pictures.

Thank you, thank you. I thought I had more pics of it in the ski, but they must be on my other computer.

Dude this is really amazing, but i think it need some modifications, like in engines you can use light motors, they are heavier than basic needs.

I have no clue how I originally missed this thread. Really nice job man. I wish I knew enough to be able to do an engine teardown and rebuild.
That thing looks really good.
How much hp does something like that put out?
