Yea it is a H6/H6M.

He has those kits as well but they are not plug and play.

whats the difference between the plug and play and non plug and play? more wiring?

Plug and play means you don't have to hack up any wires (don't have to cut wires and then splice them together). I think for you application you will have to cut and splice wires to make it work. Nice thing about plug and play is that it saves you a lot of time. Personally, on my r6's, I got plug and play kits but I cut them anyways to make it a clean install.

That's all your call. The difference in K's means a difference in colors. Here's a chart:


3000K - yellow
4300K - OEM
6000K - super bright white (most people do this or the 8000K)
8000K - white with a hint of blue
10000K - blue with a hint of white
12000K - blue

Pesonally, on my cars and bikes I run the 8000K. Still MUCH brighter than stock halogen bulbs, but also give you a nice blue tint. If you are looking for really nice bright lights get the 6000K.
