Default 1993 TW200 carb. rebuild

I recently purchased a 1993 with only 700 miles(non california model...time capsule find!). I understand that the main jet is a 114 size. My goals are to add an FMF pipe and a Unifilter. I'll be updating the pilot jet setting(removing plug/2.5 turns etc.). My question what main jet size should I start with? I was contemplating adding a Dial-A Jet for final tuning-since I use 100 octane for cooler running in the summer/89 octane in winter(Las Vegas area/ 2500 altitude). Would a 120 size be a good start considering the upgrades?
