Having a problem with my 2008 xt250. Seems to stumble, like it is running out of gas, at high revs. Happens in any gear, but always in the upper part of the rev range. Is NOT vapor lock, as I have tested it with the cap off. Previous owner reportedly rejetted the bike, but all I can confirm is two washers under the needle. Runs fine at low revs, and problem seems to disappear in cool/cold weather. Any ideas?
