Default Unknown Rubber Part from my XT200

I've got a 1982 XT200 that I got a few weeks ago. Tonight I took off the seat, air filter box, and gas tank. Then I notice this unknown rubber part lying on the ground and I can not seem to find a place for it. Any ideas?

The mystery has been solved and it is a bit embarressing. The rubber grommet did not come from my Yamaha XT200 at all--but from my Subaru Forester. I had replaced a wheel bearing on it a few weeks ago. It has disc brakes all around, but the parking brake is still a drum brake. When you remove the grommet you can adjust the parking brake. Somehow it had not been put back in.
